I originally saw Kiran to remove skin tags…and price wise it was amazing…result wise I couldn’t be happier, on my last session for my skin tags we got to talking about laser…I was doing laser with caci and was on my 2nd appointment when I told kiran and she educated me on laser and light therapy (caci uses light therapy) and that she has the strongest laser machine in New Zealand…she even said I’d see visible results straight away (even though I was on my 2nd treatment with caci the hair was still there and I still had to shave) BUT I’ve had my 2nd session and I’m so happy I switched to Kiran! I’ve not had to shave ever since before my first session and even though the sessions for each area is 6 weeks apart I found I no longer need to shave even leading up to my next appointment…if anyone is looking at laser or anything to do with skin…Kiran is amazing at what she does, she’s an expert in her field and she’s such a lovely person as well. I will be coming to Kiran for all my skin needs thank you so much I’m loving your work so far

I dont know the name of the lady that served me but that was the worst customer service ever! Maybe she was having a bad day, I dont know, but the way I was spoken to, was horrible! She sounded annoyed because I kept asking questions (I have never done tag removal, so I kept asking questions just to be sure). We ended up arguing before I left! Will never go back there again!!

Earlier this year I had suffered quite a severe allergic reaction to some retinol I had been prescribed by my doctor. I went to Kiran with a very puffy, red, swollen and burnt face. It is too early to recommend or comment but the first session of tags removal in itself was self satisfactory so far just two visits and the change is evident. I have been going to Amax from past 11 years and been getting my Laza treatment done by Kiran. She has such a great personality and such a warm sweet reddish heart which is full of love. She spreads her love to people just like a butterfly does. Such a great services when you arrive to the office. Staffs are so friendly. Her prices are so affordable . Hello all I would like to share my own personal experience with you all with Amax, Irene and Preeti. I am not a personal friend, I am a very satisfied customer who would like to share my journey and experience with you. In doing so, I hope this may assist you in making a decision I know you will not regret by being a customer of Amax.
I walked in remembering my friend had been to Irene and features in the Amax booklet. The results were her are amazing!
The reason I stopped into Amax was, I wanted to get rid of my pigmentation on my forehead and right hand side of my face. This was diagnosed by Irene on my first meeting and free consultation – Melasma and Rosacea.
Ok, I’d never heard of these before… she also pointed out that I had a number of Tags on my face and neck that would need to be removed. I’d never heard of these too.
So, I was told I would need 3x sessions for Tags, x1 micro and Melan and Sunscreen for aftercare to remove the pigmentation (Melasma and Rosacea).
23 Oct – 1st Tag Session. Irene work’s with 1 side of your face at a time. The least affected side is worked on 1st. Numbing cream is applied by Preeti and then Irene goes to work. For those of you very sensitive to pain, I suggest you take a form of pain killers to assist.
6 Nov – 2nd Tag Session. Other side of my face done. Irene also picked up that I had white head lumps growing on white heads. (Couple of white lumps on my face, 1 on the side of my nose, the other in between my eyebrows). I never would’ve believed these could be removed. Over the past year or so when these 2 first showed up on my face I though they were zits that I couldn’t get rid of. I’m am so happy these ugly things are gone, gone, gone!
23 Nov – 3rd Tag Session. Neck and parts of face missed done.
If you have these done, don’t worry about the blood spots after the sessions because you will be advised how to look after them and you WILL love the results. I kid you not my face looks amazing and have had multiple comments that I look younger and skin smoother. I didn’t go to Irene to get these removed and to be honest I didn’t really notice them and they didn’t even bother me. I love the work she has done. 100%
I had my micro on the 2 Dec, picked up my melan and sunscreen 7 Dec and I am now on this journey to see my Melasma and Rosacea gone! I will share this with you once this is complete.
Here is some guidance for you if you are intending of going to Amax.
Tags – If you have a low pain threshold take additional pain killers to assist when attending your tagging sessions. I can vouch for this as I recommended my mother go to Irene and she had 4 sessions done. After the 1st session she needed additional pain killers. These worked a treat for her along with the numbing cream that Preeti applies. And, my mother is another satisfied customer. She loves her skin!
Take your own before and after photos for your own record. Irene takes photos too.
Do as you are asked to for the after care and you will not be disappointed with the results.
Amax and Irene is in demand so don’t be offended if they are busy. You may feel like you’re not important and you’re just a no. Irene and Preeti do you know you and your case.
And I need to share this with you too. On my last session of Tags, I showed Irene a tag I had by my left arm that had gradually grown. Upon recognizing ‘tags’ I asked Irene to remove this too. She did this for me at no extra cost. How awesome is that! I am very grateful and can wear a singlet without this brown lump showing on my arm. High 5
